HALIFAX, NS:  On Friday, April 20th, Menna Riley, president of Parlour Room Events, took home two awards for both Favorite Entrepreneur AND Favorite PR & Marketing person at the 2012 Faces Magazine Awards winners’ reception in Halifax.

Over 40 award winners were recognized in categories ranging from Halifax’s favorite actor and comedian to photographer and athlete, nominated by and voted on by the public.

“I was delighted to have been nominated for the awards, given that the nominations were designated by the public, but taking home the awards for both categories that I was nominated for is a real bonus.”

Parlour Room has lots to be excited about these days.  They are about to launch a new look, including a brand new logo, new website, and even an exclusive hospitality division which will specialize in home and office private parties (when you don’t necessarily need full event planning services).  The hospitality division will provide professional, friendly bar staff, complete with service equipment, delivery and clean-up services leaving nothing for you to do but look great and spend time with your guests.
